My brother is a resident and his experience and lack of care is appalling and potentially deadly. We have complained continually to the state and Licensing board without resolution. My brother needs intensive wound care and ostomy care. He has to beg for it most of the time and on the weekends it is a ghost town. He gets his meds late and often times he doesn’t get it for hours past time. There seems to be no administrator on premises and the staff is scarce. They have proven they are not equipped to care for people with complex illnesses. Do not put any loved one in this place. It is a huge risk to their health / life. Employees do not care what happens to the patients in this facility.
