Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Auberge has professional staff on site 24/7. Our Health Services Director is an LVN, Caregivers, Med techs, Culinary, Activities, and even office staff are trained specifically to the needs of our friends with memory care needs. Not only do our team members go through extensive training at the time of hiring, but we also have mandatory monthly training for all of our staff.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our community was created to be not only beautiful, but also comfortable and accessible, and secure for residents and families. Our residents cannot get out of the doors without someone assisting them. During business hours, our concierge is the "gatekeeper" for our secure community and at night, the families call in and a caregiver will come to assist with entry.
Resources and Support Services for Residents' Transition
We work with many professionals throughout the admissions process. We can help with nearly every transition concern you may have. We partner with Home Health, Hospice, Physicians, Psychiatrists, Podiatrists, Dental, and Salon services. After the 1st of the year, we have a family caregiver support group meeting which will meet once a month. We also believe that the keys to life well-lived are community inclusion and purpose. We utilize a SPARK program which places ultimate focus on supporting our residents' ideas, choices, and independence. Life-long learning and community service projects fill our residents' days with a true sense of purpose, contribution, and belonging.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation to planned resident outings and events. As part of our SPARK program they take them shopping, to events, and recently we loaded everyone up and went to Arlington to cheer on our beloved Texas Rangers at the Parade in Arlington.
Dining Experience
We provide fresh chef-prepared meals, snacks, and hydration all day. Each "neighborhood" has a central dining room where they are served by the caregivers. This gives our caregivers the opportunity to watch for any issues the residents may incur while eating: aspiration, lack of appetite, special dietary needs, hydration, meal accommodation needs. We also have events where the families can come enjoy a meal with us. Just last week we hosted a fully inclusive dining experience for all of our residents and families. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season of Thanksgiving.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We want families to be involved in their loved one's care. Families and residents are always welcome to reach out to our professional staff with concerns, complaints, or issues. The administrations team meets daily to discuss resident needs. We all work together to make sure needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. It is what we are here for!
Cost of Living
Semi-Private rooms start at 5220.00 PM. Private starts at 6405.00 PM we have several room configurations for your choosing. We accept Private pay and Long term Care policies.
Communication with Resident's Families
Our team is very communicative with the families. We have frequent care-plan meetings, and the staff is always available to contact when needed. In the event of an emergency, the Resident Care Coordinator and Health Services Director will reach our directly to the POA once the resident has been seen to.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer respite stays. Cost is per-day and determined at the time of assessment.
