Independent Living Rates
Independent Living rates start at $3695/month and go up to $7295/month (based on size of apartment – several different floorplans).
Personal Care Rates
Personal Care rates start at $4795/month + Level of Care (attached).
Memory Care Rates
Memory care rates start at $6295/month for a companion apt. and $7695/month for a private studio (all-inclusive rate).

Overview of Staff and Training
We have two nurses on staff as well as Personal Care aides and Med. Techs (they administer medications).
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have a concierge at the front desk 24 hours/day and the doors are locked at 8:00 p.m.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
Yes, we have resident Ambassadors who help welcome residents as well as orientations twice/month.
Transportation Services
Yes, this varies depending on level of care. Independent Living offers more transportation than Personal Care.
Dining Experience
We have a new chef and the food is great! We have a nice variety of everyday choices and two new specials each day. I am attaching menu for you.
Resident Complaints and Issues
They would reach out to the management team – would depend on what the issue is as to which member they would call.
Communication with Residents' Families
We primarily use email with families but also post signs in the community. Our management team also meets monthly (in person) with residents. For individual concerns, our nurse reaches out to family members/POAs.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer this for Personal Care (not Independent Living). Costs start at $179/day + Level of Care.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, as long as the resident can take care of the pet.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We offer flu vaccinations here but not Covid ones. We do offer transportation for those though.
Aging in Place
For the most part, yes. We do not have nursing care so if a resident would need that, they would need to move. There are some other things we don’t handle as well. Yes and No. It depends on what area and apartment you would want.
