Rates:
- Private Room/Private Pay Large Deluxe: $6000.00
- Small Private Room, Private Pay: $4500.00
- Shared Room, Private Pay: $3500.00
- All Private Pay: Resident Fee $1,500.00 (One time, non-refundable)
- Couple Rates: First person full rate, Second person $1500.00.
- Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $300.00 (All pets must be assessed for Approval, with documentation of current shot records from a licensed Veterinarian)
- Medicaid: Rates are set by the State of Colorado
- Resident Rent-(NON-REFUNDABLE) Monthly rent payment will not be Refunded due to move outs or deaths.
Our rates are all-inclusive. Our Fees include:
- 3 meals a day & snacks
- Laundry services
- Housekeeping and cleaning
- Personalized care plans
- Assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
- A wonderful schedule of activities and outings
We do not charge additional fees. We are happy to work with you if you have Medicaid
