Monthly Rent Inclusions
Our monthly rent includes three gourmet meals per day served restaurant style in a fine dining room, transportation to doctor appointments, community shopping and weekly outings.
It also includes weekly housekeeping, utilities, as well as over 200 activities a month to help our residents be as engaged, social and independent as possible.
Apartment Options
We offer studio, studio deluxe, one bedroom and one bedroom deluxe apartments.
Rent Details
Our monthly rent starts at $4695 and goes as high as $7695 per month.
Additional Services
We do offer help with bathing, dressing, toileting, daily reminders and medication management for an additional cost.
Memory Care Options
We also offer memory care shared and private apartments.
Memory Care Rent Inclusions
Everything is included in the monthly rent which is care, toileting schedules, medication management and daily reminders and cueing.
