FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? We have 10 floorplans here, so we have a short waitlist for certain floorplans, and no waitlist for a Devonshire or Wyndham.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? In independent living, residents are free to come and go. We do have 24-hour security on campus and every resident is issued an emergency pendant. We also have a daily check-in system where the residents push a button to check in with security every morning.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We have a resident ambassador program on campus. Current residents are assigned to new residents to help them get acclimated to our lifestyle.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, private car service to medical and dental appointments (within a 15-mile radius), and buses provide transportation to groups of residents to go shopping, etc.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Rent includes continental breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? They would first ask to speak with the Director of Resident Services.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? If there is a health issue or something alarming to discuss with the family, we would reach out to whomever the resident put on their HIPAA form.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do not offer respite care.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes
