Professional Staff and Training
We have an Executive Director, Health Services Director, Life Enrichment Director, Community Resource Director (me), a Dining Services Director, a Maintenance Director, a Business Office Director, a team of Med Tech's and Caregivers. Every staff member that requires licensing and training is fully qualified.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Transportation Services
Yes, we have a 10 person van that we use for daily activities outside of the community as well as transportation to doctor appointments.
Dining Experience
We have a weekly menu provided to residents and offer full meals 3 times a day as well as a fully stocked fridge full of snacks and refreshments- which is available to residents 24 hours a day.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Our Executive Director has an open door policy, as well as all Directors. Our Residents do have a monthly Counsel Meeting where they meet privately to discuss anything they would like to bring up to the group and bring to the attention of management.
Communication with Residents' Families
We keep in touch via email (monthly Newsletter and invites to all community events, as well as an app -Sagely- where family members are able to see what activities their loved one participated in for the week). If any health issues arise, our Health Services Director, Linda Hall, will reach out to the family immediately to schedule a meeting or a call (depending on what is going on).
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer monthly Respite stays, if we have an apartment available. The cost is reflected on the rate sheets attached here.(it would be for whatever apartment is available at the time of stay).

Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We do not offer vaccinations at our community, but we do offer testing.
Aging in Place
Absolutely! The only time a resident would need to move, would be if they required a higher level of care (EX: memory care) as we do not have a memory care unit in our community.
