We currently do not have a waitlist, but we do have many move-ins.
Our pricing begins at $5,500 for a semi-private suite, and $7,300 for a private suite.
We have 24/7 onsite nursing with 3 shift changes.
We have a combination of CNA’s and Caregivers that we train with dementia certified Teepa Snow.
We are a secured unit, not a locked unit
that allows the residents access to the outside of our community, but still safe surrounded by a wrought iron fence. They also have access to our courtyard.
The resources we use in transition
is our staff and Director of Nursing for new residents to acclimate to the community.
We have an Arbor Hills Shuttle Van for transportation.
Our meals are 8am, 12pm, and 5pm with snacks in between.
Our chef Steven Weir as been a chef at the Adolphus Hotel and Hyatt Indian Wells. We provide a fine dining experience.
The process for a complaint
is to notify our Executive Director to reconcile any issues.
Our Director of Nursing communicates with families
on any change in condition or issues the resident may have. We also conduct care plan conferences and updates with the families.
We offer Day Stay at $35 an hour with maximum stay of 14 hours.
We offer 14-day respite stays that start at $205 a night depending on the individuals level of care.
We are pet friendly, but do not have pets stay in the building overnight.
We offer Covid and Flu vaccinations in the community.
We currently do not have a waitlist, but we do have many move-ins.
