If you LOVE your LOVED one they will NOT be loved here! I had my mom here for 1 week for rehab after her Open Heart Surgery and removed her 1 week later! They do NOTHING for their patients and when you hit the button for help they may come in 10 minutes later ask you what you need and then you will not see them for 2 hours! I am so upset about the care my mom did NOT receiver here! And they did not do therapy the way they should! I feel so BAD for the residents that are here! I even kept up with the time we hit the button to ask for (3) things 1. Go to the bathroom 2. Help back in bed 3. Tylenol. (hit the button at 1:36 finally got back in bed at 2:04 did NOT receive TYLENON til 3:30! THEY knew i was VERY upset! and when we were going to have her transferred to another facility, they woke her up at 5:00 am and put her in a wheelchair. They were NOT going to let her back in bed! They didn't get her until 1:30! My dad called BEGGED & PLEADED because my mom was crying so hard! SO if you love your loved one....this is NOT the place!I see your response below but have no way of contacting you. And i did talk to a lady at the facility ALMOST EVERYDAY with with my concerns. give me your name and number and i WILL call you.
