Amaran Assisted Living and Memory Care community will provide Albuquerque with an innovative approach to senior care every human needs. This gracious community is based on Montessori lifestyle and principles. The design will complement the campus-wide aesthetic of the Montessori-ONE Academy with a contemporary New Mexican style.

Amaran Senior Living will offer 56 Assisted Living apartments and 16 Memory Care suites, and provide a variety of onsite amenities. Some of those great amenities are an Accu-shield kiosk tracking all visitors, onsite exercise room, Cybercafé with coffee bar, library, outdoor dining and state of the art sky terrace lounge with breathtaking views of the Sandia mountains on the third floor.
