1 bedroom: starting at $3,960, $4,010, $4,175 depending on if there is a balcony or not.
2 bedrooms: starting at $4,700 - $4,950 depending on if there is a balcony or not.
A few of the amenities include: 3 meals a day, weekly laundry service, weekly housekeeping, WIFI, basic cable, activities in and outside the community, and we are category 4 hurricane protected.
Assisted Living:
Studio: $4,170
1 bedroom: starting at $4,680, $4,730, $4,930 depending on if there is a balcony or not.
2 bedrooms: starting at $6,070 - $6,320 - $6,420 (special long balcony) depending on if there is a balcony or not.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures including an alert pendant system, video camera monitoring, and regular checkups in accordance with each resident's care plan, among other safety protocols.
Transition Support Services
We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community by partnering with private care duty professionals and downsizing experts.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents to facilitate their mobility and independence.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience features all-day dining with a robust menu available from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, catering to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
Resident Grievance Process
If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can complete a grievance form. The Executive Director (ED) will then speak with the resident, conduct an investigation, and discuss potential solutions.
Cost of Living
The starting price for living in our community is $3,460 for Independent Living (IL), $4,170 for Assisted Living (AL), and $5,800 for Memory Care (MC).

The Executive Director sends out emails every Friday and as needed to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $250 a day.
