I have been employed at this same facility for over 33 years, under five different companies. We are extremely lucky to have Accolade as part of this community. The dedication and compassion from the staff ( from the bottom to the very top) whom go above and beyond to care for the residents. I would not hesitate to place one of my own family member in their care. Proud member of this family.
Staff and residents are treated like family here at accolade. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, especially the residents. Somehow they always find a way to put a smile on the residents faces and make sure the staff is well taken care of. I am a proud employee of Accolade Healthcare. #accoladestrong
the care here is so bad. this is the worst place I have ever been. anywhere is better to top it off the food here was"ok" for hospital type food well that went away I usually order a double cheeseburger so it stays fresh, has grease and the hockey puck patties and not dry. well that ended. they will not, found out today that they will not make a double cheeseburger. I can have 2 cheeseburgers but they are dry and nasty. hooray no flavor and super dry. I had 2 cheeseburgers but again very poor food. this place amazes me how crappy it is. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE. THEY WILL NOT GET THE CARE THEY NEED. IN ADDITION A SHOWER 2X PER WEEK IS NOT GOOD AT ALL
