Community Membership and Costs
Our community operates on an Entrance Fee model. The monthly costs for living in our community vary between $4420 to $4600, with the price difference primarily depending on the choice between 1 or 2 bedroom accommodations.
Entrance Fee Contracts
We offer three types of Entrance Fee contracts for new residents:
- 90% Return: Upon moving out or passing away, the resident or their family will receive 90% of the Entrance Fee back.
- 50% Return: In this case, 50% of the Entrance Fee is returned under the same conditions.
- 0% Return: No part of the Entrance Fee is returned to the resident or their family.
The Entrance Fees themselves range from $650,000 to $975,000, varying based on the apartment selected and the contract chosen. Notably, contracts with a 90% return option have higher Entrance Fees compared to those with 50% or 0% return options.

Apartment Availability and Features
We currently have 1 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms with den, and 2 bedrooms available. All apartments have full kitchens, washer and dryer in each unit, and step in showers with grab bars installed.
Staff and Training
Our staff are Certified Nurse Assistants and we do have an LVN on staff as well during business hours, 5 days a week. All of us are also required to continue training through Relias Training for continued education.
Safety Measures
For safety measures, each resident receives a pendant in case of an emergency. We also do wellness checks when we don’t see a resident during mealtimes or when they don’t call concierge to let us know they’re having their meals in their rooms. Our Staff, CNA’s and Housekeeping staff are also mandated reporters so when they see a resident not doing well, we’re required to report it to our Administrator and Nurse.
Resources and Support for New Residents
We do offer resources and support for new residents so they can acclimate into their new community. Our Lifestyle department sits down with them and gets to know their preferences, hobbies, and introduce them to different residents who share the same interests. We also have Resident Advocates who spend the first week or two with new residents to help them navigate the community, introduce them to new friends, and show them the amenities available to them.
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation services within an 8-mile radius for appointments and we also have weekly trips to and from shopping centers and grocery stores, and transportation is provided by our shuttle bus.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is very elegant. It’s restaurant style dining where we have a set menu for breakfast and lunch, and our buffet style dinner menu changes weekly. Our meals are made fresh daily in our kitchen, we make health conscious meals for our residents, and we also have vegetarian options.
Concerns or Issues
For concerns or issues, our residents will notify us through our Concierge Department then a specific team will address the issue or concern, whether it be maintenance, housekeeping, or management. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service which our current residents share with our visitors and potential residents.
Entrance Fee and Monthly Costs
Our community is an Entrance Fee based community. Our monthly cost ranges between $4420 to $4600 depending on whether it’s 1 or 2 bedrooms. We have 3 Entrance Fee contracts to choose from which are: 90% return, 50% return, and 0 Return. That means the resident or their family will receive either 90%, 50% or 0 of their Entrance Fee back when they move out or pass away. Our Entrance Fees range from $650k to $975k depending on the apartment and the contact they choose. The 90% has higher Entrance Fees vs the 50% and 0.
Communication with Resident Families
Our communication with resident families is immediate, especially when there are health concerns. We immediately reach out to the family to inform them of what’s happening and give them suggestions and resources to help. We have to follow protocol if the resident does not want us to contact their family for certain unique situations as long as our Nurse knows that decision was made with a clear mind by the resident.
Respite Stays
We only offer respite stays in our Assisted Living community called The Pavilion and it’s a minimum of 2 weeks. The cost will be based on the level of care the resident needs and is determined during the nurse assessment.
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community and allow pets up to 50 lbs with an additional deposit.
Vaccines
We do provide vaccines for all of our residents which is included in their monthly services.
