As a worker I see the worst of this place and let me say it’s awful. The server station is missing cabinets and handles the food is awful and always complained about. Managers constantly telling servers to do stuff while the managers themselves stand around. Servers are expected to be caretakers and act as nurses when they strictly don’t get paid enough for that. Entry level servers get paid the same amount as the severs who have been working there for years. The current upgrade in starting pay takes away our yearly raise.
Wonderful facility with great staff that work hard to make sure life is good for you. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to live in a welcoming community. My brother lives there and they are accepted him fully into their family of friends... You won't be disappointed...
Worked here for over a year unfair workplace. Lacks diversity I have seen many nurses leave aides unfairly fired, not to mention 99.9% of the employees are African Amercian.its 2019..trust beautiful building landscape on point. But, you have no voice when dealing with management..Don't waste your time Not one resident of color. Something to consider for the ages
