MEMORY CARE
A one-time non-refundable community fee is required upon lease signing
Basic Fee Schedule
The monthly fee includes:
- Your selected room
- Our dining room program including three well balanced, delicious meals daily plus snacks
- Activities and other specially designed programs
- Wellness Assessments every six months
- Laundry and housekeeping services
- Medication management
- All utilities excluding private telephone and private cable
- Interior and exterior maintenance

RESPITE CARE
Respite Rates*
A minimum of thirty (30) days is required.
No Community Fee

All potential respite stays must be pre-screened and provide a Medical Evaluation form prior to start of stay.
