My father has been a resident at Woodhaven’s Assisted Living since they opened their doors. He has truly been very happy there. The staff and personnel are friendly, professional and have always treated him with respect. Prior to coming to Woodhaven, my father resided in several other facilities, all very disappointing experiences. My Dad considers Woodhaven home now. This gives me such peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the care they provide him. I would highly recommend Woodhaven to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

I love how Woodhaven has become home to my aunt! The staff is warm, caring, and develops relationships with the residents. I appreciate all the activities that enrich my aunt's life. She especially loves having musicians playing their guitar and enjoys singing along! Thank you for being there for my family!

I wanted to write a review to highlight our experience at Woodhaven. As background, my parents began their stay at Woodhaven in May of 2017. They both selected it as their final home, and were one of the original families to sign up upon its opening. Life is a journey for all of us, and our family’s experience is no different. My parents started their stay in assisted living. My father unfortunately passed away in December of 2017, not long after moving in. However, his time there was wonderful. The staff were always attentive to his needs (he had many physical issues), and most importantly, they took the time to visit with him socially. It seemed like there was always someone in my parent’s room talking to them.My mother did not have the same physical needs, but began suffering from dementia, and needed more full time care. We were resistant at first to move mom to memory care, primarily because of the stigma associated with it, as well as our own denial that it was time. The director of Woodhaven, Steven, was great in working through this with us. He did not pressure us, but got us comfortable that this was the right move for mom, and he turned out to be right. My mother has Alzheimer’s, and it is an awful disease. That said, she is now thriving in the Whispering Pines memory care unit. They give her the right kind of attention, and when supplemented with hospice care, all of her needs are met. Most importantly, it gives us great comfort knowing that she is content and at peace, even if she is in her own world. We are just thankful for it and love to join her in whatever world she is in!Making choices as to where to care for your parents long term is a difficult choice. Woodhaven is no different than any service business in that there will always be turnover in caregivers, and that there will always be issues that have to be discussed and addressed. Given that is your parents, it can sometimes be emotional, and worrying. Whenever these moments have occurred, we have been able to talk with Steven and get them addressed. There has never been a time where Woodhaven didn’t own an issue and then adequately address it. For that, we are thankful.We have been pleased with Woodhaven, and would recommend to anyone to consider them in your choice for caring for a loved one.

I could not be more pleased with the care my Mother recieves in Memory Care. She went from Assisted Living. I want to mention Sidney, Jessica, Naomi, Peyton,Cheyenne, Ashley, Joanna, Teddie and Traci. There love and care have been excellent. We have had such a hard time convincing my mother to move to an assisted living community. Once she visited, she loved it. She is now a happy resident and is active in several activities and making new friends. I don't have to worry if she is cooking and eating well. She has her meals prepared but also can cook or eat what she wants when she wants. It is so good to see her out and about the community.

My mother has been at Woodhaven Village for almost a year now. She entered with my father who passed away a few months after they arrived from dementia. The staff were incredibly supportive with my father and gave him the dignity he would have wanted during the end. Everyone at Woodhaven went out of their way to be supportive of my mother and help ease her through her grief. She is now immersed into the community and has made many friends. She is more active than she has been in years attending bingo, movie nights, trips to local restaurants and stores, and even the symphony. I am so grateful to have found a place where my mom is happy and feels cared for every day.

My mother has been an Independent resident since 2017. The staff on the Independent side have been excellent to deal with. Joe always goes above and beyond his duties to care for the residents. The facility did an excellent job keeping COVID cases minimal. At times the food could be improved. The overall experience has been positive.

When it was time to move my mom into assisted living, we looked at many options and Woodhaven Village looked like the best choice. We quickly knew that we’d made the right decision. The awesome staff is comprised of caring, nurturing and resident-focused professionals. Their attention to detail and kindness toward residents is impressive. Management is equally noteworthy and they take their responsibility seriously. They are always responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns. In our case, we transitioned my mom to the memory care section and the staff made it easy for her to move and to make her feel right at home.You can tell when you’re visiting Woodhaven that the residents are happy – and that’s a reflection of the great care they are receiving. I sleep better at night knowing that my mom is well cared for and that the staff is ready to assist with whatever she needs.

They treat my parents like royalty, know me and my siblings by name and treat us all like family! Woodhaven Village has an excellent staff that truly loves their residents and does everything possible to ensure that they are loved and well cared for. The onsite management team works well together to make sure all residents receive the best level of care possible. They are dedicated to their health, safety and medical needs but they also want them to experience community, relationships and happiness. They recognize individual needs are quick to provide love and support. I find great comfort in knowing my parent is cared for in such a loving community.

As a child one of the hardest decisions you may have to make is the care for your elderly parents. We had to face this with first my father-in-law placing him in Whispering Pines, Woodhaven's Memory Care Unit. It was tough, but we are thankful that we had the staff support at Woodhaven that made his transition from home so much easier on both him and the family.My mother-in-law already being comfortable at Woodhaven and already knowing most of the staff and the excellent care they give. She decided she wanted to live in their Assisted Living so she could be closer to her husband. While he passed away only a few short months after she moved in. She was able to still keep her independence and also know she had someone there around the clock and just a push of a button away.As hard as it was and still is on our seniors and their families not being able to have one on one visits during the pandemic. Woodhaven has managed to keep them safe. There aren't enough words to say how thankful and how much we appreciate their efforts.As a family... we highly recommend Woodhaven Village Senior Living

I was at the opening of Woodhaven Village and thought it was going to be an awesome facility, turned out I was right, it’s an amazing place to live and work. ( yes I work there now) I interact with the residents 5 days a week and 98% of them are happy with the food, entertainment and services we offer, I’ve worked in the senior care setting for over 16 years and this is the happiest I’ve been at a job EVER.

My huaband and I have lived here 4 yesrs and love it. There are many things to do like all games, traveling to many places, eating out at best restaurants. Love our appartment, feels like home. We have so many great friends, I would recommend it any time.Come visit us, you will b met with a big smile and a warm welcome.

We (my parents) have been with Woodhaven for several years now, in both independent living and assisted living. Their services and attention have been exceptional in what can sometimes be trying times (not the least of which would be Covid 19). From what we've (the family) seen, the staff is always cheerful and bright, and the administration has always attended to matters with patience and diligence, despite the fact that these 'matters' can be frustrating and exhausting. I definitely recommend them.

I literally can’t talk enough about how proud I am to be part of the team here at Woodhaven. The residents and staff have become a second family since I started working here in 2018. I’ve worked in every level of care and I can tell you that I hope one day to be able to live in a place like this!
