Woodhaven Living Options
Woodhaven offers 1- and 2-bedroom congregate living apartments at $2,150/$2,350. The rental amount covers 3 meals per day, electricity and water, light housekeeping every other week, and all activities.
We have 2 buildings of congregate living; one is ADA compliant and barrier free. That building houses our home health partner, Homestead. There is a waitlist for this building.
Site Condos - "Clubhomes"
We offer site condos (“clubhomes”) in three sizes. Unlike the congregate buildings, they all feature 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and attached garages. Meals and housekeeping are not included.
- Meadows Clubhomes: approximately 1,200 sq ft and are $2,400/mo
- Fountain View Clubhomes: approximately 1,400 sq ft and are $2,650/mo
- Woodlands Clubhomes: approximately 1,600 sq ft and are $2,950/mo
There is a $1,500 refundable deposit required.
