2024 Room Rates
- Assisted Living Private Room $4,655.00 per month
- Assisted Living Semi-Private Room $3,210.00 per month
- Respite* $200.00 per day
*Seven-day minimum stay, subject to availability.
Deposit Information
A $500 deposit is required to hold a room. This is applied to the first month’s rent upon move in.
The deposit is fully refundable if the resident cannot be admitted due to health reasons, i.e. the resident requires a higher level of care.
If the prospective resident changes their mind and does not move in, $100 of the deposit is retained to cover administrative processing fees. The remaining $400 is returned.
