General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
Awful, a 2 week stay resulted in 7 falls and a breakfast not being provided. They said patient has the right to fall I say they are there for care and that many falls in 2 week is just wrong. When taking her out with all legal papers they put up a big fight even calling 4 police officers. In the end she was taken out a couple hours after the process was started. I feel it's all about the money and the empty bed they have to fill. I gave them a 1star rating only because the housekeeping is great. No odor at all. But I would NOT send a stray, homeless 🐕 there for care.
