Tucked away in the heart of Lake City, Florida lies WillowCreek - a privately-owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Care haven. In 2019, WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care was established after Still Waters West handed over the reins - becoming a sister facility to its counterpart in Lake City: WillowBrook Assisted Living. The 2003-built 72-bed facility has seen two expansions, with the Keepsake and Brookside Wings being added to its wingspan. At WillowCreek, we honor our residents' independence and integrity by providing the highest caliber of care.

Assisted Living

At Care, we are devoted to creating a home-like atmosphere that enables our residents to maximize their autonomy, confidentiality and respect. Our experienced, caring and devoted team members cultivate a secure, wholesome and nurturing home atmosphere for every inhabitant. Our rates include all the bells and whistles of our services, amenities, and community features!

Memory Care

At Care, we are devoted to giving our memory care residents a secure and comfortable atmosphere that allows them the autonomy, discretion and respect they deserve. At our facility, we strive to ensure a nurturing atmosphere for all residents with the help of our caring and devoted staff.

Respite Care

Breathing a sigh of relief, primary caregivers can take advantage of respite care for some much-needed rest and relaxation. With a bit of planning, it can be arranged for anything from two days to several weeks.

Dining

Our culinary team crafts delicious and nutritious meals that bring nourishment to our residents, making them feel right at home. At Brookside and Creekside, we provide a spacious dining area for all residents to enjoy. Meanwhile, our Keepsake community members can savor their meals in the comfort of an exclusive private room. Both eateries boast the same scrumptious daily specials! Feast your eyes on the delectable delights WillowCreek has to offer!

Services

At Willow Creek, residents can enjoy three meals a day served restaurant style in two separate dining rooms. The meals are prepared to exacting standards, ensuring that they are of the highest quality. For special events or family gatherings, private dining can be arranged. Additionally, snacks, fruit and drinks are available 24/7. Resident services include 24/7 supervision and on-call assistance by healthcare staff including medication administration.

Assisted Living Services and Amenities

Willow Creek provides its residents with comfortable living units equipped with two closets, emergency response and safety systems, individually controlled heating/cooling units, and spacious bathrooms featuring handicapped roll-in showers.

Memory Care Services and Amenities

Willow Creek offers residents comfort and safety with their memory care services and amenities. Each resident is provided a comfortably sized living unit that maximizes their personal space. In addition, each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with an emergency response and safety system, including call lights, sprinkler system, and smoke detectors with audible and strobe alerts. Each spacious bathroom is outfitted with handicapped roll-in showers. All utilities plus basic cable TV are included, as well as 24-hour nursing services for medication administration.
