$160 per day for all levels of care and all unit sizes in personal care. Two week minimum stay with four week maximum stay. Fees payable in advance of move in. No application fee required. Applicants must comply with all permanent personal care admissions requirements.

- Level A Medication management to include: ordering/checking assistance/administering; light housekeeping; bed making; daily trash removal; linen service; activities of resident choice; scheduling healthcare, diagnostic studies, and hair appointments; responsible for doctor’s orders; all meals included.
- Level B Includes Level A services plus the following: Assistance with showering/bathing; dressing assistance to include: dressing/clothing selection choices/fastening/clothes sorting; grooming assistance to include: hair care/shaving/nail care/oral hygiene, etc.; cueing/reminding; transport to meals and activities if required; oxygen maintenance; diabetic management.
- Level C Includes Levels A and B services plus the following: Not to exceed 2 (two) hours of care within a 24 hour period **Mobile/Immobile – Capable or not capable of evacuating building in emergency situations.

Professional Staff and Training
Our executive director holds an NHA license (Nursing Home Administrator), and our Personal Care Administrator holds a PCHA state license (Personal Care Home Administrator). The Director Of Nursing has a BSN, while our Medical Director is an MD. The Director of Therapy, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists all hold state certifications and BS degrees. Our nutritionist has a Master’s in Public Health. We employ LPNs, Med Techs, and CNAs, all with current certifications. We have two full-time Social Workers with bachelor's degrees, and our Director of Therapeutic Recreation has a master's in music therapy. All employees are required to complete extensive hours of training annually.
Resident Safety and Well-being
The safety and well-being of our residents are ensured through the efforts of our Nursing and care teams (LPNs, Med Techs, CNAs), Security, Facilities Maintenance, and HR Administration, all of which have extensive training and credentials.
Resident Transition Support Services
We offer a new resident orientation, a welcome committee, a new resident luncheon, and professional psychological/social services if needed.
Transportation Services
Yes, we provide transportation to all medical appointments and for weekly shopping trips.
Dining Experience
We offer both a family-style and fine dining experience, accommodating Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free diets.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Any team member can handle a resident concern, which can be escalated to supervisors or administrators if necessary. County Ombudsmen or State agency contact information is provided as well.
