Our Clinical Services
We have RNs, Nurse Aides, Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists. We follow MC guidelines and have annual state surveys. In addition, we have our Regional Clinical Team to oversee day-to-day operations of the building.
Social Work and Discharge Planning
We have Social Work that can assist in offering supportive services once our guests are ready to discharge from post-acute rehab. We schedule interdisciplinary meetings that include guest/families, clinical team, rehab, and social work to discuss the guest’s discharge goals and needs post-discharge.
Dining Experience
We offer restaurant-style dining where our guests select their menu and are encouraged to have their meals in our dining area. If our guest prefers to eat their meals in their room, that is also an option.
Addressing Complaints
Complaints may be addressed through our Director of Nursing or Executive Director.
Pet Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community as long as they are leashed, cleaned up after, and have current shots. Short term rehab, respite, and long-term care are available in our community.
Accommodation Costs
Room and board is $465/d for a private room. Rates may change in the New Year. We do offer COVID and flu vaccinations.
Tours and Bed Availability
Please feel free to tour and discuss individual rates and what that includes. Our bed availability fluctuates daily and is currently tight on beds, however, we have regular discharges.
