Overview of Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with both clinical and nonclinical professionals. Clinical staff undergo yearly skills training in addition to online training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices. Nonclinical staff receive online training focused on policy and procedure. We also conduct intermittent training sessions for all staff members as policies and procedures evolve throughout the year.
Safety and Well-being of Residents
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we hold care conferences in both Assisted Living and the Care Center. These conferences facilitate discussions about residents' well-being and provide a platform for communication with their families.
Transition Resources and Support Services
We offer resources to aid residents' transition into the community, including moving services and realtor services to help sell their home and downsize belongings.
Transportation Services
Our community provides a bus to take residents out for various activities. However, we do not offer transportation to medical appointments.
Dining Experience
We offer a formal dining room and a grab-and-go cafe for our residents. Independent living residents receive a $150 dining credit, and there are meal plan options available for those in assisted living.
