Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Not at the moment, but availability changes often depending on certain factors.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
We have a one-time community fee of $2500, and apartments start at approximately $5,000 per month plus $500 for medication management. Care is included in the rent.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have caregivers, med techs, and LPNs. In addition, we have Nurse Practitioners and an MD come to us every week.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have a secure community with 24hr care.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have all of our teams meet with all new residents to help with the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we have 2 community vehicles to help with transportation.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have a beautiful dining room for our residents. In addition to our scheduled meals, we have an “always available” menu for our residents. We also have a private dining area.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have an open door policy. They can meet with our health and wellness leaders as well as our Executive Director.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We have care plan meetings.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, based on availability. $175 per day for assisted living and $225 per day for memory care. 14-day minimum.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, as long as the resident can completely take care of all the pet's needs and we must have updated health records on file.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, as we have both assisted living and memory care.
