Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our Executive Director boasts over ?? years of experience in the industry, with expertise in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) administration. They have worked in every administrative role, except as a chef. We also have a Licensed RN with corporate support and care partners. All staff undergo training from Oregon Care Partners before their first day to ensure the highest level of care and expertise.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We adhere to Oregon Staffing protocols and include a float care partner for additional support. Our Life Enrichment Department is led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist with a BS in Recreation Therapy. Communication among care partners is facilitated through walkie-talkies to ensure timely care for our residents.
Transition Support Services
We offer monthly Resident Council meetings, Welcome meetings, and Town Hall meetings for families to engage with our Director's team. Additionally, we host a monthly support group for families, covering various educational topics to aid in the transition into our community.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for medical appointments and weekly scenic drives, ensuring residents remain connected to the outside world.
Dining Experience
Our dining service features a weekly changing menu, along with an alternative menu available daily to cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our Executive Director is readily available for one-on-one appointments with residents and families to address any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Cost of Living
The community fee is $5,000, with a $500 reservation fee, which is refundable up until the lease signing.

We conduct quarterly care conferences and promptly communicate any concerns or changes in conditions to residents' families, ensuring they are always informed about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term and Respite Stays
