Accommodations and Furnishings
Residents at Vista on 5th are provided with essential furniture to ensure comfort and convenience. This includes a bed, dresser, dining table, and lamp within each apartment.
Pet Policy
While residents are not allowed to have pets in their apartments, unless it is an approved service animal, Vista on 5th does have a pet therapy program that brings a variety of animals into the community regularly for the enjoyment of all residents.
Dining Experience
The dining room at Vista on 5th is located on the 14th floor, offering stunning views of Central Park. Residents enjoy three meals a day with snacks available in between. The community boasts themed menus, barbecues in the courtyard, and a wide variety of food options including homemade lasagna, fresh vegetables, in-house desserts, and more.
Safety and Security
To ensure the safety of its residents, Vista on 5th has a concierge available at the front desk 24 hours a day. A suggested curfew of 11 p.m. is in place, and a system for checking IDs in and out when residents leave or enter the building helps keep track of everyone's whereabouts.
