All Utilities and Additional Fees
All utilities are included. Additional fees are phone and Cable. They are each $1.00 per day. There is free guest Wi-Fi in the building.
Care Services
In addition to the rent, we have 6 service levels for care. The rates are attached in the tour packet. We will schedule an assessment for the resident. The assessment will determine the level of care. Care plans include things such as assistance bathing, assistance dressing, medication management, etc.
Lease and Deposit Information
Our lease is month to month. The care plan can be changed at any time. We require one month’s rent as a deposit to be on the waiting list for the next available apartment.
Village of the Falls Transportation Schedule
Tuesdays 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Thursdays 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Medical Appointments within 7 miles = no charge
Medical appointments outside of 7 – 15 miles = $15
Medical appointments outside of 15-25 miles = $25
We are able to provide an escort for residents in need of monitoring.
VOF nursing staff escort to an appointment = $10 per hour
Payment is due at the time of the appointment or will be added to your rent bill. Cash cannot be accepted.

Our Services and Amenities
Our assisted living facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to our residents. We have a nurse and PCA (Personal Care Assistant) on staff to ensure the health and well-being of all residents. We understand the importance of community and independence, and we support residents who wish to transition into the community by providing the necessary assistance.
Dining Experience
Residents receive a weekly menu with a variety of options to choose from. For those who desire something different, an alternative menu is available. Meals are served in our communal dining room, but residents have the option to add room service to their care plan for private dining in their own space.
Resident Council and Support
We value the voice of our residents and hold a monthly resident council and grievance committee. Our management team is always available to address concerns promptly. Additionally, Ombudsman information and a corporate compliance line are readily accessible for extra support.
Family Communication
Keeping families informed about any changes in their loved one's condition is a priority for us. We ensure regular updates to maintain transparency and peace of mind.
Respite Stays
For those in need of short-term care, we offer respite stays at a current rate of $176.887 per day, plus care charges.
Pet Policy
Please note that we do not allow pets in our facility.

We currently have two styles of accommodations available to meet the preferences and needs of our residents.
Health and Safety Measures
Our facility offers flu shots and has partnered with Drug Mart to set up Covid Clinics on-site, ensuring our residents' health and safety.
Aging in Place
Residents may age in place as long as their care needs are within our service plan capabilities. We strive to provide a seamless continuum of care to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
Assisted Living Amenities and Services
In our assisted living, the rent includes three meals per day and also includes a snack to go in the evening if they choose. Each resident receives weekly housekeeping and we provide toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Free maintenance of the apartment is included as well.
Daily Activities
We offer a full calendar of daily activities such as bingo, manicures, musical entertainment, several religious activities, and much more.
Safety Features
Also included in the rent is the 24 hour wearable pendant to press when assistance is needed. Each resident receives one to either wear around the neck or on the wrist. There are two pull cords in each apartment. One in the bathroom and one is placed next to their bed.
