Rental Costs
The monthly rent for our studio (Aspen floorplan) is $4,025. Our one-bedroom option (Palm floorplan) is available at $4,925 per month, plus care costs. Additionally, we require a one-time community fee, which is $7,000 for studios, $7,500 for one-bedroom units, and $8,500 for two-bedroom units. The rent includes three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, laundry services, local transportation, and various activities.
Care Costs
Care costs are determined based on the physician’s report (602) and our nurse’s assessment. The levels of care and their associated costs are as follows:
- Level 1 - $750
- Level 2 - $1,325
- Level 3 - $2,025
- Level 4 - $2,775
- Custom Care - Starts at $3,125, with an additional $10 per point after 380 points.

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
It sounds like you are looking for assisted living. In our assisted living, we currently do not have a waitlist.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
For assisted living, we currently only have studios available. Our studio (Aspen floorplan attached) is $4,025 per month. Our one bedroom (Palm floorplan attached) is $4,925 per month + care. Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our staff has onboarding training upon hire. Our Assisted Living is licensed, our staff must have a certain number of hours of training each month.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have staff here 24/7. Each resident in Assisted Living has their own care plan to meet the residents’ individual needs. Safety and security is our top priority. All guests are required to sign in prior to visiting a resident.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Yes, we have a great resident ambassador program. When someone moves in, we pair them with a resident ambassador. The ambassadors help our residents navigate their way around the community, join them for meals, help them meet new people etc.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, within 20 miles of our community.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
For Assisted living we offer 3 meals a day in our dining room. Residents have a full menu to choose from, in addition to daily specials. Our dining room operates like a restaurant, full service.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
The resident can meet with the appropriate manager of that particular department to address the concern.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families?
We communicate with the resident themselves or the residents POA. Phone call, in person, via email—whatever works best for everyone. As far as general information about the community, our executive director, Stephen sends out a weekly update via email every Friday.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
No, we do not offer respite.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes. Small pets as long as the resident can care for the pet. $35 per month per pet.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We have had shot clinics in the past. It just depends on if there is a high number of residents requesting it.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, residents care level can increase as needed. Residents can go on hospice if needed. In our assisted living, we currently do not have a waitlist. For assisted living, we currently only have studios available.
