Uplands Village Life Plan Community
Uplands Village is a Life Plan Community. Upon entering Uplands Village each new member pays a one-time Membership Fee. The membership fee provides priority admission and discounts for all services that Uplands Village offers. In addition, an annual calculation of your membership fee may be a tax deduction as prepaid healthcare. (Check with your CPA for further clarification.)
