Continuum Care Community Offerings
We are a continuum care community that offers several different neighborhoods at different care levels. Our Assisted Living apartments have three different sizes of one bedroom, plus a two bedroom. Our staff in Assisted Living includes a full time Pastor who does Bible Studies, Church Services and offers spiritual support and full time Social Worker that can connect residents with needed psycho-social services. We also have a neighborhood set up for Memory Support, subacute rehab, and long-term care. Our community offers continuing care as a person’s health status changes.
