Details of Respite Program
- 3 day minimum stay
- 28 day maximum stay
- Daily fee begins incoming day regardless of arrival time.
- If out by 11:00 a.m. no charge for exit day, if after 11:00 a.m. pay for a full day.
- No TB test required if stay is less than 7 days.
- Previous TB or Chest x-ray acceptable for up to 90 days.
- A second admission in a calendar year (regardless of length of stay) requires a current TB test or Chest x-ray.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our Assisted Living facility, licensed as an RCAC, employs a diverse team of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, Med Techs, and Residential Assistants. Each member of our staff undergoes comprehensive training specific to their role, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide 24/7 nursing staff availability, manage medications, create individual care plans, conduct regular rounding, and equip each room with emergency pull cords. Additionally, each resident is issued an emergency pendant for added security.
Transition Support Services
We offer a range of support services to aid residents' transition into our community, including an on-site social worker and a welcoming system that introduces new residents to their peers and helps them familiarize themselves with their new home. Our Lifestyles Department and nursing staff play a crucial role in helping new residents settle in.
Transportation Services
Our community provides free shopping shuttles, a free church shuttle on Sundays, and transportation to outside appointments (subject to availability) at a cost of $2.25 per mile.
Dining Experience
Residents enjoy restaurant-style dining with three delicious meals per day and snacks, served on linen tablecloths without assigned seating, in a centrally located dining room within the Assisted Living Community.

Pet Policy
While pets may visit our Assisted Living community, they are not permitted to reside here.

Currently, we do not have a waitlist for our Assisted Living community.
Vaccination Services
Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place as long as they remain safe and within the level of care we offer. If a resident exceeds our care capabilities, they can be transferred to another level of care within our building to ensure their safety and well-being. Tudor Oaks provides a full continuum of care, from Independent Living to skilled nursing.
