Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We are a Skilled Nursing community with a diverse range of professionals on our staff, including an Administrator, Physician, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medication Technicians (Med Techs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Therapists, Dieticians, and Social Workers. Our team provides 24/7 care, and each staff member holds the required state and federal licenses for their respective fields.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have licensed staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Transition Support Services
We have Social Workers on staff to aid residents' transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.
Dining Experience
Each neighborhood within our community has its own dining hall and dietary cook. Additionally, each resident receives a diet that matches their physician's orders.

Any staff member can take concerns. Residents can report to their assigned social worker or directly to our administrator if they have a complaint or an issue they want addressed.

Communication with Residents' Families
Communication with residents' families depends on the need. If there is a medical change in condition or a new medication order, nursing staff will call the responsible party at the time of the change. Social workers schedule quarterly meetings with families and are available to speak with them any day Monday through Friday. Additionally, your assigned nurse case manager is available for updates.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of 5 days. The cost depends on the room that is available.
