Apartment Rent
Apartment rent varies based on the type of apartment chosen. The costs are as follows:
- Studio: $3,875
- 1 Bedroom: $5,200
- 2 Bedroom: $5,995
This includes all utilities, phone, cable, Internet, weekly housekeeping and linen service, all meals, and transportation. Please note, the level of care is a separate charge.
Garden Homes Floor Plans
We offer two Garden Homes floor plans:
- 1-Bedroom: $3,500 per month
- 2-Bedrooms with a large patio: $4,100 per month
Prices for Garden Homes include all utilities, maintenance and grounds keeping, and 30 meals per month.
Memory Care Apartments
Our memory care apartments offer an all-encompassing package, which means there is no separate level of care charge. The rate for a memory care studio is $7,500 per month.

Community Fee
There is a one-time Community Fee to reserve a garden home or apartment, which is equivalent to the first month’s rent.
