Riverside Lodge Assisted Living Pricing

Base Monthly Cost
- Studio - 325 Square Ft. $6,429
- Studio Plus - 450 Square Ft. $7,404
- Studio Plus - Couple - 450 Square Ft. $4,934 (per person)
Care Plans
After the Riverside Lodge Level of Care Assessment is completed with our Nurse Manager, we will then be able to finalize any additional care costs to confirm your total monthly amount due.
- Basic No additional cost
- Expanded (21-30 points) $716
- Complete (31-40 points) $1,431
- Complete Plus (41+ points) $1,908
Other Fees
- Security Deposit $1,500 (due upon occupancy, one-time only fee)
- Level of Care Assessment $596 (per person, due with completed Application for Residency, one-time fee, nonrefundable)

Riverside Lodge Assisted Living
Riverside Lodge Assisted Living is our higher level of assisted living designed for individuals who need a higher level of support. Please see the attached document which details the requirements for admission, pricing (base costs and additional cost based on care plan), admission/discharge criteria, floorplans, application for residency, etc. We do have immediate openings in this level.
Riverside Lodge Memory Care
Our Riverside Lodge Memory Care offers 17 private rooms and is designed to provide residents with a supportive environment that promotes independence. I have attached a folder to this email which contains requirements for admission, floorplans, room rates and pricing for the different levels of care (determined by a nursing assessment), waitlist agreement and application for residency. We do work off a waiting list that is currently about a 6-10 month wait. This could be shorter or longer depending on when rooms become available and who on our waitlist is in need at that time.
