Professional Staff and Credentials
Our Assisted Living has 1 med tech, and 2 Certified Nursing Aides per shift. Trilogy offers ongoing training from mentor/preceptor apprenticeships to training for those who do not have their certification yet.
Safety Measures and Resident Care
Some of the measures that we have in place for the safety of our residents is to assess each resident prior to admission to create a personalized plan of care for each resident. We also hold daily morning meetings as department heads to discuss any changes in our resident’s care plan. Each department works together to create a care plan for each resident depending on what their needs are.
Resources and Tours
I do have some resources for families to review when coming in for a tour of our campus. I would be more than happy to schedule a tour of our facility to be able to go over those details.
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation for residents using our campus bus on non-outing days. We ask that you give us at least a week in advance of any appointments as it gives us time to make sure the bus is available at that time. Cost would be $42 / roundtrip within the Lansing area.
Dining Experience
We encourage our residents to come down to our communal dining room for mealtimes. We understand that there will be times when this is not applicable, which is why we strongly encourage but never force. Our residents fill out a meal ticket one day prior to the they are filling the ticket out for. Each meal ticket will be for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our residents have the option to have the main course for that mealtime or any of our café options including a Ruben sandwich or a soup and salad. Soup is offered every lunch along with a salad bar 5 days/a week.
Compliance and Concerns
There are a few ways that we handle compliance with any concerns that may arise. One is communicating with the appropriate nurse’s station if it’s anything relating to the resident’s care/medications. For any concerns that need to be addressed, we have a concern form that gets filled out and can be filled out by any management staff to turn in. From there, the concern form goes through our Executive Director and the appropriate department head to discuss and follow through with a solution.
Pricing Information
Price wise, Assisted Living will start at $5,969 per month and can go up to $8,214 per month depending on the level of care needed and the size room chosen. Respite rates are billed daily with a daily rate of $229 per day.
Communication Protocols
Communication is mainly done by phone for emergencies or any consents if the resident has a Durable Power of Attorney. To get an update with your loved one, I suggest calling the campus and asking to speak with your loved one’s nurse. This will be the best way to get any information you need.
Pet Friendly Environment
We are a pet friendly environment. We also welcome dogs/cats to come and live with their loved ones in Assisted Living. The only thing we ask is that the resident be able to take care of the animal or family able to come in and assist with care.

We do not currently have a waitlist. We have open availability in our Assisted Living and Memory Care.
