I live in Reno and some pictures of very sentimental value went missing, when I tried to call and inquire about it, Liz at the reception desk took my information and I was informed they would call me. The next day I called again, and Liz interrupted me repeatedly, as I was asking for the director's name, Liz hung up on me 3 or 4 times, finally I got Rudy Littlefield the Director and he also repeatedly interrupted me and hung up on me several times, I finally got Rudy on the phone and Rudy proceeded to tell me that I was rude, and he wouldn't speak to me unless I calmed down. I tried to speak again, and Rudy proceeded to interrupt me again and again, all I wanted was to know where my mother's pictures went Rudy proceeded to tell me it was not their responsibility, and the pictures couldn't be found. I have never encountered such rude behavior, when my mother spends $5,000.00 a month in memory care. I finally spoke with an Ashley at the front desk, and she was the nicest kindest person, and she would help me. Disgusting Director Rudy Littlefield.
My sister and I relocated our mom to Wentworth at Coventry Assisted Living facility and we were so happy with our decision. The care she received from hospice and the staff at Coventry were so welcoming, professional and truly caring. The building is clean, the outdoor spaces were pleasant and relaxing. We appreciated how they worked with families to handle covid concerns. We highly recommend Wentworth at Coventry for your loved one too.
My mother moved Assisted Living facilities during COVID and what would have been a very stressful time was made much easier thanks to Ashlee LaCharite and the rest of the Coventry staff. Along with her dog, my mom was welcomed into the fold quickly. While she is still adjusting, my mind has been set at ease that she is truly getting the best possible care.
We moved my 92 year old Grandmother into the Wentworth at Coventry in January. Ashlee was extremely helpful it getting everything set up. The rest of the staff was also wonderful at helping us with anything in regards to her care. She was only there a short time but we are grateful for everyone at the Coventry.
I have been working here for just over a year. I enjoy coming to work with my co-work and get to take part in taking care of our amazing residents.
