Apartment Styles and Services
We offer a wide range of apartment styles and services. Our Assisted Living (RCAC) features 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment homes, each with a private balcony or terrace, ranging from 667-1,164 square feet. Rental rates start at $4,210/month plus a Level of Care fee, with the base rate depending on square footage, view, and personal preference.
Our Assisted Living Program allows residents to live independently while having access to Health Care Services such as wellness checks, medication management, dressing & shower assistance, and more, as determined through a Nursing Assessment. We offer 4 Levels of Care starting at $800/month. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, one or two baths with walk-in shower, ample storage, elegant 9-foot ceilings, and more.
Included in our Assisted Living Program are three meals per day, weekly light housekeeping, laundry/linens, emergency care pendent response system, all utilities, basic cable, and community Wi-Fi, among other services. Additionally, The Waters of Oak Creek offers on-site physician services through Bluestone Physician Services, Podiatry through Health Drive, and Rehab through FOX Rehab, providing convenient access to essential services for all residents.
With a wide variety of options to choose from, we cater to each individual’s personal need and preference, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling living experience.
