Our Independent Living Community is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals, each overseeing their respective departments. Our team includes a Dining Director, Activity Director, Business Director, Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance Director, Sales Director (Associate Administrator), and our Executive Director. While we do not have extensive training or medical staff, each director is responsible for the oversight and training of their department staff to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by implementing strict security measures. Our community is gated, with access strictly controlled and not disclosed to anyone, including residents. Main doors are locked at a predetermined time daily, and our concierge conducts building walks after hours to ensure safety and security.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents in their transition into our community, we offer various programs designed to familiarize them with our directors and the day-to-day operations within the community. These programs are tailored to ensure a smooth and comfortable adjustment period for all new residents.
Transportation Services
Our community provides scheduled transportation services to accommodate the needs of our residents, ensuring they have access to necessary appointments and activities outside our community.
Dining Experience
We offer a restaurant-style dining experience, providing three meals per day with several options available for each meal. Our dedicated waitstaff is always ready to serve our residents, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every day.
