Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with a range of licensed professionals including a Health and Wellness Director who is an LVN, a Memory Care Director, a Resident Care Coordinator, several medication technicians, and a full care staff. All directors are certified and have undergone specialized training for their roles.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide a 12-hour concierge service and maintain 24-hour staffing throughout the building. For memory care, we have implemented delayed egress doors for additional security.
Transition Support Services
We offer a resident ambassador program and an onboarding process to help new residents integrate into the community. In memory care, our care staff assists with transitions and we provide a dementia support group.
Transportation Services
Our community offers transportation services within a 10-mile radius for the convenience of our residents.
Dining Experience
Our dining room operates from 7 AM to 7 PM, offering a restaurant-style experience. Residents can choose their seating, and servers will take their orders. We provide an all-day menu as well as a "daily special" menu with varying options.
Resident Complaint Process
If a resident has a complaint, they should first approach the director of the relevant department. If unresolved, the issue can be escalated to the Executive Director. Further steps include contacting the ombudsman and, if necessary, filing a complaint with licensing authorities.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community varies based on room size, location, and care needs. Assisted Living care is calculated at $18 per point, while Memory Care uses a level-based point system.
Family Communication Policy
We utilize Lifeloop to send general updates to families and hold regular care conferences to discuss any care needs or changes with residents and their families.
Short-term and Respite Stays
We offer respite stays with a minimum requirement of two weeks. The associated costs include a community fee of $2,500, a nightly rate of $300, plus care expenses.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming small cats and dogs with a one-time pet fee.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for one-bedroom apartments in Assisted Living and private studios in Memory Care.
