For Garden Creek (assisted living)
Our rents start at $6200 a month and go up to $7500 depending upon the size. Care and meds charges are listed on the attached Level of Care sheet.
For Sydney Creek (memory care)
Our rents are $7850 and $9350 for a shared or private apartment, all inclusive.
RESIDENT CARE LEVELS
Personal Care
Complementary support is designed to enrich and enhance a resident’s independence. Medication Management includes assistance with ordering, storing, and administration of prescription and nonprescription medications. The level of care may increase if there is a change in the amount of assistance a resident requires.
Medication Management:
- 1 – 5 Medications Included in Basic Care Level 1
- 6 – 9 Medications $175 per month
- 10 – 19 Medications $325 per month
- 20 or greater Medications $375 per month
Level 1: Assistance with any of the following Activities of Daily Living.
This premium level of care is included in the rental fee:
- Personal Laundry - One time per week
- Daily bed making and trash removal
- Weekly cleaning and linen service
- Three Meals per day
- Snacks
- Activity Reminders
- Minimal Dressing Assistance such as help with buttons, tying of shoes or help with stockings
Level 2: All of the above plus assistance with any one or all of the following Activities of Daily Living:
$350 per month.
- Complete Dressing Assistance including but not limited to all articles of clothing, shoes and accessories
- Shower Assistance 2-3 times per week
- Toileting reminders
- Grooming (Electric shaver)
- Transfer Assistance
- Personal Laundry – 1 time per week
Level 3: All of the above plus assistance with any one or all of the following Activities of Daily Living:
$700 per month.
- Shower Assistance - more than 2 times per week, if needed
- Assistance with Incontinence Care
- Oxygen Assistance
- Escorting
- Hospice

Overview of Our Communities
We have 3 different kinds of communities: Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care, each staffed by professionals with unique training, from kitchen staff to landscapers, and medical personnel like CNA's, Medical Techs, and LVN's. It's important to note that we do not employ doctors and RNs, as we are not a medical facility.
Staff Training and Safety Measures
All CNA's undergo continuous on-the-job training to stay updated with caregiving protocols. Safety measures include emergency pendants and buttons for Independent Living residents, and regular staff interactions for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, with detailed care plans and emergency protocols in place.
Family and Transition Support
We work closely with families for smooth transitions to higher care levels and offer resources like outside caregivers and downsizing experts. Newcomers are welcomed by committees and monthly meetings.
Dining Excellence
Our dining programs are renowned, with an executive chef who incorporates residents' preferences into healthy menus, accommodating all dietary needs. Special meals and holiday events invite family participation.
Resident and Family Communication
Lisa Hulse, our Vice-President of Operations, ensures prompt responses to complaints, with department heads addressing specific issues. We maintain up-to-date contact lists for family communication and incident reporting.
Respite Stays and Pet Policy
Garden Creek offers respite stays, and we are pet-friendly in 3 of our 4 buildings, excluding Memory Care. Vaccine clinics were provided during the pandemic, and we encourage ongoing vaccinations.
Long-Term Residency and Availability
Many residents have been with us for over 15 years, transitioning between communities as needed. We have strong relationships with local skilled nursing facilities for those requiring such services. Currently, we have good availability across all communities.
