My mother passed away in July. The executive director, Lidia Ayala, did not offer any condolences to the family. She is even not refunding the security deposit that is due us. It is appalling that an ED does not even offer her condolences upon the death of one of her residents. Other ED’s are just as surprised.

Benchmark at Brookfield Common ,This place is well run with dedicated staff from the Head person to the Housekeepers. Place is clean and neat. Food is great. Very dedicated for safety during this pandemic. All staff are professional and polite.I am the Driver at this location and recently had a loss in my family( not at Village of Brookfield ) I was very surprised to receive a fruit box for the loss of my Mom. This place is so much a family to the residents and the workers.

My mother has lived at the Village at Brookfield Commons for 14 years! She enjoyed her years while in assisted living. The programs and staff were excellent. She was recently transferred to the Harbor memory care unit. Her care givers are compassionate wonderful people. Thank you Rosa, Tonya, Vanni, Adrianna & Praveen. You are the best!!

As a former employee I couldn’t say enough about the Village. It is the most warm, caring environment I have ever worked in. The residents well being and happiness are everyone’s prime focus - it truly is one big family!

I have volunteered at The Village for years. I miss playing my violin for the residents and working with the staff. The nursing team has inspired my career path.
