I’m so thankful for the workers at The Villa. Nurses and aides take such good care of my husband. I find that since I’ve moved him to The Villa, I worry less. This is because despite the time I drop by, he is comfortable, fed on time, medicated on time, and it’s always clean in his room. When I’ve had a concern, I’ve always been able to resolve it with the help of management or whoever is on shift. I would recommend The Villa to anyone looking for good care for their loved one.

My experience is with the 100 hall (for patients with dementia), and they have been very good with my mom. The 100 hall is staffed with good people who care about the residents. It’s a difficult job and they do it well. I eat there several times a week and most of the time the meals are very good. I had a huge piece of perfectly fixed fried chicken there today.

I volunteer at the Villa. I started when my son was admitted in February. The staff is amazing. They have a hard job but I noticed the moment I started they care. I highly recommend this Villa.

I have worked at the Villa for 4 years and I love this place so much it's crazy. I love my residents like family members (just ask my own family) I have even had EMTs comment about how they've never seen nursing staff care about their residents so much as many places as they've been. We have had issues (the same as other nursing facilities and even hospitals) with staffing and incidents that aren't ideal but trust me it isn't something we want or promote or condone, we have to step up and hustle and do the best we can. Most days are unpredictable but I can HONESTLY say that at THE VILLA I trust all of our nursing staff and would place my family member here if I was unable to keep them at home. I say that bc I rest at ease knowing the staff we have care about our residents and they're never in danger of abuse or neglect. Our full book and state follow ups prove it and our residents smiles and the way they feel about us proves it. I love my facility and I love my CNAs. They're incredible! I hope you choose to keep or place your loved one with us!

I've learned from the one year my wife has been a resident at the Villa that it's an adequate facility. They do a good job of caring for the residents. If you want to find something wrong and look hard enough you can. That's any facility. Even the most modern and up to date. All in all considering the physical and mental state of the residents I am very pleased with the Villa. Their job as caregivers is difficult Nobody's perfect Nobody. If recommend the Villa to any one I know.

My husband had been in another nursing home for nearly two years. I became dissatified with his care & moved my husband to The Villa. His care at The Villa is excellent. The nurses keep a close watch on patients, and the aides do a great job of keeping him clean and turning him regularly. They are kind and seem very committed to patients and families. Any complaints I’ve had were small & quickly dealt with. I can honestly say that I sleep better at night knowing he is in a good place with people who are caring and conscientious about the residents. My experience with the administrative staff is also exemplary. They are reasonable and consistent with their policies and communication with and from them is always clear and informative. I am very glad that I made the change to The Villa.

Our journey began in January 2021, and I had to quickly find a placement for my mother. I was on direct contact quarantine, and Bridgette made the entire process smooth with easy transition from hospital to the facility. She even made several trips to the hospital to answer questions with mom and to ensure she felt comfortable as well. The facility went above and beyond to ensure safety of the residents and following guidelines for essential caregiver visits. I was able to have direct contact with my mom, and received warm welcome. The nursing staff was always sweet, phone calls to my mom at nursing station were always welcome, and I received weekly updates on mom’s condition and the Covid status of the facility. Nearly six months later, I have witnessed all staff having positive interactions and fun with the residents. I receive prompt answers anytime I have a question. The facility is clean, and my mother is content and happy. I receive testimonies of personal interactions with mom from all range of staff! Tamara in financial office is very sweet and extremely helpful to ensure needed resources. For the first time in several years, I am without worry about mom’s care.

My mother was a resident there beginning in February 2019 due to a cancer diagnosis and requiring 24/7 care with hospice . Unfortunately, she passed in April 2019. Honestly, If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Each and every staff member treated her with the utmost respect and compassion. They were there for us every step of the way through a very difficult time. I work in EMS and have been in every nursing home in the area. So, I am familiar with them all. We could not have chosen a better facility than The VIlla.

Man, I can't believe how much better this place got after the new owner took over. 4 1/2☆s, now.I was actually in the process of finding my Gramps a different home about 8 months ago, but now he's really being handled well. Big Smile on his face, that use to seem depressed. I thought the old guy had some kinda crush on some new nurse, or somethin' but it turns out that he's told me, he was happy, after the "New peoples that done took over" started doing stuff.

Just like Heritage, its one of the worst place to place your love one. They are understaffed to keep overhead costs low to increase profits. The doctors they use have a monopoly on the area nursing homes and offer as little care as possible. The rooms and furniture in some areas of the nursing home are damaged. Those who are not mobile get the worst care because the women cannot lift them, so they lay in the bed for extended periods of time. The state gives notice allowing the nursing home cover up their poor care practices. The inspectors may be on the take. The owners own several nursing homes in the area. Good Luck!
