Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We employ Licensed nurses as well as Certified Nursing Aides. This ensures we can provide a high level of care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have many safety measures in place. This ranges from fire detection and sprinkler systems to call alert systems. We feature Accushield station so that we are aware of anyone checking in and out along with cameras and security officers.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
When someone is first moving to our community, we invite them to start participating in meals and activities even before they move in. We also work to make sure all new residents get the chance to meet their new neighbors and follow up as they acclimate.
Dining Experience
Our Assisted Living offers a chef-prepared menu based on resident input- we have regular meetings with the residents where they have access to the dining team to go over menu options and recommendations.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
They can report the issue to any team member or they can request to speak with the director of Assisted Living. We also have monthly town halls where residents can provide input, comments suggestions or complaints.
Cost of Living
Our Assisted Living starts @ $9,587/ month. We provide more licensed care than any other AL in the area.
Communication with Residents' Families
We try to have very open communication with residents and families. With any change in care or condition, we alert the responsible party. We also have regular care plan meetings to keep everyone involved and updated.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer respite stays at a daily rate of $360 for AL. This includes a furnished apartment along with all the services and amenities.

The monthly service provides a private 1 or 2-bedroom apartment with a private bath and includes all necessary services such as housekeeping, dining, transportation, security, nursing care, and recreation.

The Stayton is one of the only communities to employ only Certified Nursing Aides rather than non-licensed caregivers while also providing a nurse, in the community, 24/7. Our staffing ratios, retention rates, and lifestyle are second to none.
