Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we do have a waitlist for our Assisted Living area of our community.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our community is made up of several departments. Dietary, Nursing, Life Enrichment, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Maintenance & Housekeeping. Our employees are hired only if completely qualified. Then we have an extensive onboarding process that includes training.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Constant communication within the team and among our residents, security processes, pendants and pullcord stations.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We want to be sure this is a happy transition for our resident. We ensure our team knows who is moving in, so our resident gets to know our staff quickly. We hold a new resident orientation to share more about our community and understand what the resident likes and how we can connect them with the right groups or committees. We also have a welcome committee that our new resident will meet with to get integrated with our community activities and other residents with similar interests.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We offer local transportation.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
The Mélange restaurant is open from 8am-7pm daily. Our chef has curated a menu that I am sure you will enjoy. I would relate our dining room to a steakhouse. We strive to provide a polished dining experience. We also have a pub that is open from 11am-7pm daily. This is a popular spot our residents like to come for happy hour as well.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
I am available to speak with at any time. If there is something that needs review we do have a grievance process.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We communicate through LifeLoop.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do not. However, we offer guest stays if a loved one would like to visit you. They can reserve a guest room for $150/night.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. Yes, we do have a waitlist for our Assisted Living area of our community.

FLOOR PLAN/ BEDROOM RATE
We have over 15 floor plans. The 1 bedroom with Alcove and 2 bedrooms attached is just one of a several. We have one on the ground floor too. Apartments start at $6250 on up per month and include:
- $425 Meal Credit each month
- Weekly Housekeeping
- FREE Local Transportation plus Hospital Trips, Drs Apt. etc.
- FREE Cable TV & WiFi and so much more.
Again, we have another 2 bed on our 2nd floor right next to elevator too!
DEPOSIT
When you find the perfect apartment, you can place a deposit of $1500 to HOLD and then we work around your move in time frame. It is 100% refundable and goes towards your 1 time Community Fee of $3000.
