The Springs Healthcare and Rehabilitation is located in Cedar Park Texas in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Majestic live oak trees abound in the area and shade the grounds. The Springs is bordered by quiet residential neighborhoods, yet is only minutes from 1800 Shopping center and HWY 183. The Springs has been carefully planned from the architecturally designed structure to the beautifully decorated interior to the lushly landscaped grounds. Every aspect of the building has been thoroughly planned by experienced and caring professionals.
The Springs carries on a tradition of excellence in healthcare. This tradition is evident in every part of the center as well as in the services provided. A comfortable home-like environment has been created for our residents. Each of the wings have its own access to our open court yard with a covered patio.
Group and individual activities are scheduled throughout each day. Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared in consultation with our registered dietitian. Careful attention is given to special diets prescribed by physicians. Meals are served three times a day in the garden cafe and two dining rooms. Snacks are also served between meals and before bedtime. Our registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants have been carefully trained to provide the best possible care for our residents. The director of nursing and assistant director of nursing supervise the nursing staff. The Springs has an excellent, experienced rehabilitation department including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our spacious and open gym bustles with activity. We look forward to showing you why The Springs is the finest nursing and rehabilitation center in the Cedar Park/ Austin Area.
