At The Ridge Cottonwood, the price of the monthly rental includes amenities and services such as light weekly housekeeping, all utilities, Wi-Fi, three meals a day including snacks, and scheduled transportation services. You’ll also have access to a wide variety of recreational programs, our Wellness Center and much more!

Currently, we only have a waiting list for certain types of apartments. We are at very high occupancy right now, but I have one studio in assisted living and a couple of one-bedroom apartments available.
