Visited someone at this facility and it's very nice. Senior living with security provides you piece of mind. The one bedroom I visited was very comfortable and spacious for one or two people. It has a nice size livingroom, and kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a closet and your washer and dryer in it.Apartments come with a balcony, or a side room with a great window! The facility has a library, fitness room, a patio and plenty of activities both on campus and off.The apartment is located near the mall and close enough stores of all kinds and restaurants.
Lived there for nearly four years. People are great however corporate has continually raised rents. Waited literally years to get hallways painted!4.0 % each year and next year the increase will be 4.5% !!Total of 12.5 % in three years.Understanding that the cost of everything has increased but the elderly do not get increases in their monthly funds.I find this greedy and cruel.
I have been a resident of The Reserve at Greenbrier almost three years. It is actually fun to live in a community where we have great neighbors and a staff of unquestionable character who really care about the residents needs. The staff includes a wonderful, often described as delightful receptionist, an outstanding lifestyle director, a very knowledgeable sales agent, and a wonderful maintenance department. It is so very important to acknowledge our Executive Director, Susan Bixler. Ms Bixler’s leadership has resulted in many improvements at The Reserve. I believe she is a positive influence on her staff and is always willing to assist residents whenever possible. The Reserve employees make this a wonderful place to live.
Dear Ms. Susan Bixler, Executive Director,As a new resident here at The Reserve At Greenbrier, I recognize and truly value and appreciate the high level of customer care and service delivered by each of your team members. A corporation with the name “Five Star” creates an expectation of an exceptionally high level of customer care and (guest) service above and beyond other apartment complexes or retail businesses in this area. In a world where such excellence is rare and “absolutely horrible” customer service is “the norm” far too frequently, your team delivers a high level of excellent care and service. I would like to commend your entire team here at The Reserve At Greenbrier. Here’s why:Teri Brewer, in Sales, carefully and thoroughly explained the application and move-in process in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions prior to and during the final walk through prior to move-in. She helped select colors, granite and lighting for my apartment, and has an interest and flair for interior design. She also provided a “welcome gift bag” as she does for all new residents, including the perfect items every new resident needs. What a flourishing and welcoming touch!Shelby Glitzner, Receptionist, greets everyone with a warm, friendly smile and lots of enthusiasm. She processes every work order immediately and calls and emails promptly to notify me of the status of my Amazon packages.Whitney Rothrock, Business Manager, consistently greets everyone professionally with warmth and friendliness, efficiently processes necessary paperwork, and answers questions for other office staff in their absence. She quickly and effectively resolved a serious concern for me after move-in, and continues to demonstrate a high level of professionalism including a “can do” “of course we can solve this” attitude, exemplifying teamwork effortlessly.Larry Liverman, Maintenance Director, came to my apartment quickly with Whitney when notified by Whitney of a concern in my apartment, and directed one of his workers, Josh, to change the lock on my apartment. Although expected to be done later that same afternoon, Josh Williams, Maintenance Worker, arrived within ten minutes and changed the lock, and eagerly offered to provide and label three types of touch up paint in containers which I had requested.Jenny Webb, Lifestyle 360 Director, made me feel welcomed prior to moving in by approaching and warmly greeting me in the great room and inviting me to activities here. She also asked me for areas of interest that I would like to see included in her 2020 activity schedule.Thank you all for making my move-in process and welcome here absolutely wonderful! With the excellent customer care you all provide, it is no wonder that you maintain a waiting list for future tenants.Best regards,Ms. M. Green
My wife and I are extremely satisfied in getting some much needed repairs resolved. Susan our new Director was able to make every effort to get our needs met without missing a beat. Her receptiveness to our requests were above reproach and we're truly appreciative and grateful for her support and leadership. Thanks again to all the operational and maintenance staff members...
I visited the Reserve at Greenbrier on two occasions. The first visit was with Art Rochon the Executive Director, he was extremely welcoming and informative. The second visit was with Terri Brewer, Sales Associate for Greenbrier. We arrived early for our appointment however Terri did not make us wait. We were greeted with such warmth, a genuine smile and a big willingness to help. First impressions always add so much to one's experience, we could not have asked for more. The Reserve is well maintained and all we viewed was above average and pleasing to the eye. The current residents were extremely friendly and gave the Reserve at Greenbrier high marks. It was a very pleasant and memorable visit. We appreciated the time Terri took to answer all questions and the special way she explained so many things we may not have thought about. Terri is definitely an asset to everyone at the Reserve. She is truly a delight to work with. I am very Happy to say I am now on a waiting list and look forward to many more interactions with people who are interested in helping you find a home!! A very special thanks to Art and Terri. I am a resident at the reserve, and truly blessed to be here. The staff is great. If I need anything to be fix or replaced. The maintenance staff here is always on time repairing things in your apt. The residents are very friendly here. We have a lot of activities here every month. The apt. are gorgeous and the courtyard is so beautiful.
Location, location, location! The Reserve is in the middle of all that's necessary to our lives. Affordable shopping is nearby. Our utilities, especially our electricity, are dependable because it's underground. We're in the middle of Greenbrier yet we're on a quiet street away from the hubbub. Our staff is responsive and pro-active. They care what I think. They've been very supportive and accomodating of us while I'm seeing to my frail elderly husband's needs. Our executive director includes good customer service as a hiring criteria when filling staff openings. Our office and maintenance staffs are friendly and competent. I'm a nine year resident, soon to be 10 years, at The Reserve and am looking forward to as many more years here as possible.
