Employee Training
Employees receive training as needed when they are first hired, and throughout the course of their employment here.
Security and Access
We are a secure community with the property being gated all the way around with the exception of the entrance to drive onto the property, and it is gated where the apartment buildings are and courtyard area. Residents have key fobs to get through the gate, and there are call boxes for guest that the resident can let them in through.
Moving and Transition Assistance
We can make suggestions on movers for your transition into the community, or organizational companies to help with packing. We have a flatbed upon requested that residents/movers can use for moving in, also mini grocery carts in the stairwells by gate entrances.
Transportation and Activities
We have an activity bus that will go on outings such as to lunch, grocery store, museums, etc. (Does not go to medical facilities).
Independent Living
Residents have their own kitchen to prepare their meals. As we are an independent living community, we can’t interfere too much unless a resident is at harm to themselves or others, or need more assistance that they are not seeking for themselves.
Feedback and Complaints
If a resident has a complaint or an issue they would like to address: they would first speak to reception and the receptionist will take that complaint or issue to the appropriate department head.
Cost and Amenities
We have different floorplans, so cost depends on that and amenities. 1 bedroom apartments start at $1700 including: water, trash, sewage, basic cable, washer/dryer.
Lease and Pet Policy
We do not offer short-term or respite stays. We have a year lease. We are pet friendly, smaller dogs or cats; maximum of 2, 35lbs. at maturity.
Availability and Waitlist
We always have a waitlist but availabilities come up every month.
Health Services
We are not currently offering Covid or flu vaccines here. Many residents that wish to stay here are able to age in place, as long as they seek and are able to bring in the medical/ assistance needed.
