This place doesn't even deserve one star. Do not waste your time bringing your family members to this place the main word in that facility is "Bedbugs" it has been going on for years and no matter who they bring in the facility to fix this matter them bed bugs do not go nowhere. you have residents walking around with bites in their arms it's ridiculous. You cannot trust some of the aides that work in the facility. you have one in particular that sleeps all night on the night shift and the administrator Laurie Park and the Director of nursing Makeba Bratton are well aware of this. There have been photos taken, residents have complain and yet this girl still has a job in there. Your family members are not safe when this particular girl is working the night shift. Some of the staff members are treated very unfairly. They terminate people over the phone.One of the aides who had a medical emergency ended up getting written up but they want to say because she left the building then why not bring your asses in the facility and be a team player instead of writing her up. Since they don't have enough staff they actually force you to work they put you on the schedule whether you could work it or not and they expect you to be there. Some employees have been put on the schedule for every weekend. They are very well aware about the shortness of staff and none of them come in the facility to help out they're too good to be part of the team. I worked there in the facility for quite sometime and they thought they were going to have the power of having me call the facility so they could terminate me over the phone but no my power was ignoring them because I know how dirty they play! It's a shame they have lost a lot of good employees in there and it's sad how some of these residents have to deal with the nonsense in there.so it's not worth putting your family member in this place or even applying for a job.
