Employees at Phoenix Senior Living in the Hoschton, GA area have expressed dissatisfaction with their working conditions. They report that the facility has been understaffed for months, and management has made no attempts to hire additional help. Additionally, employees report that management has created cliques, which has resulted in the downfall of the building. Employees feel that they are not acknowledged or compensated for the amount of work they are expected to perform, and when they approach management with their frustrations and concerns, they are belittled and degraded. However, some employees have experienced immature coworkers, bad management, and lack of people management and organization. The best, cleanest, and most fun place iv ever be too!! If you are looking for an assisted living place for your loved one this is no doubt the place!! Thank you Kaleigh Petree for showing us around and making us feel like we were already home!!
Beautiful new building with all the amenities you could ever ask for! Very friendly staff and such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place you can call home!

Management is absolutely HORRIBLE! The one manager I dealt with while working there was a complete bully and very unprofessional. She was reported by multiple employees,residents and even family yet nothing was ever done!!! It got to where I chose to quit because it was so bad and I was afraid of losing my license due to her actions!!! Very under staffed as well definitely on the evening shift to where one person had to work all 3 floors most the time..beautiful community and some wonderful staff and residents but definitely need to rethink management...

What a BEAUTIFUL facility and extraordinary staff. They are so loving, and so caring, and have worked SO hard to make this the perfect place for your special senior to call home. Ask for Kaleigh Petree. She happens to be my daughter-in-law, so I know firsthand how much she LOVES her residents , and how proud she is of their Braselton community. Check out their website for a list of all the incredible amenities and services they have to offer. I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!

Meals are included in your rent but they have never been consistent flavors or delivered this morning my mom’s breakfast was delivered at 11:45 am pitiful l
Nice facility, most of staff friendly and helpful however a couple are rude , and verbally attack residents and when reported to upper management nothing is done. Too bad as it could be great here
Unfortunately the management has gone through numerous staff of all levels recently. The contact numbers provided to speak with staff go directly to employees no longer working there.No improvements are being taken into account from one staff change to the next.

I love my new apartment. This place is gorgeous. I've meet some wonderful friends here already. Kaleigh did an awesome job with my daughter Katherine in finding the best apartment for me. I'm also glad that I am able to use my golf cart on the Lifeway Path to go 🛍.
