The Phoenix at Braselton offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We feel confident that our community offers an option that is right for you or your loved one. We believe the Phoenix at Braselton will serve seniors with a seamless transition if they need additional care down the line as it will all be available on our beautiful campus.
Independent Living
Our Independent Living community features a very diverse activity schedule designed to meet different residents’ hobbies and interests. We offer local transportation, housekeeping and dining services. Our Independent Living apartments are generously sized and offer full kitchens, full size washer and dryer, handicapped accessible bathrooms and lovely balconies to sit and enjoy the views.
